  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until somewhat smooth but with slight texture.
  3. Place in small baking dish (that you will also use to serve it) prepared with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until warm and brown around the edges.
  5. Serve with plain low fat crackers like Melba Classic Toasts (these are fat free) or use as a dip for carrots.
